jason planned adam’s bachelor party, so obviously it was in las vegas. brad adam and i flew out on april 22 and six hours later we were in a room at the palms complete with a bathtub located in a non-bathroom.
we ate at in & out right away—i always used to think it was overrated, but now i miss it dearly. shake shack is not a too distant but surely a firm third on my fast food burger list, behing five guys and in & out. we’d return later that night to the same in & out, after bribing the party bus driver to make a pit stop on our way to sapphire, the world’s largest gentlemen’s club.
we played a lot of craps. it’s fun—very socially. up and down and up and down, and ultimately down in a very quick period of time at the palazzo’s table of death. drowned our sorrows in meat at carnevino—they have the biggest matchbooks i’ve ever seen, which i sadly left at XS, a large over-the-top probably-never-again vegas mega club.
adam and i sat next to rev run in the airport coming home on easter sunday. he didn’t bring us any holy luck, as we got majorly delayed on a cleveland layover.
off to allentown on monday. it’d be my last week there!
