as i was saying… on friday we went bowling!
i like bowling and think places like lucky strike are a little silly, so discovering the fort myer bowling center back in may was a solid find. we’ve used it as a weekend evening pregame spot a handful of times, and for my birthday lindsey and sohil decided we should go all out and have an elementary-school-style pizza and bowling party there.
it really was fantastic. i came away having rolled a 161 (i’ll take it), possessing a bowling pin signed by everyone, and being probably one of the oldest birthday boys to have celebrated in this fashion.
